Currently, I’m in week two of huge acrylic painting and the videos that will accompany it on Youtube. I believe I’ve still got another week of work on it before I call it done, but it’s time well spent. It will also serve as the cover to the long-delayed novel, The Brotherhood of Broken Men, a novel set in Aorlis.
I’m writing an introductory adventure for the Thrice-Forged RPG. It will be a campaign neutral romp, able to be easily dropped in any pre-industrial setting, as well as Aorlis. I may make a video about creating its map as I go.
Because I’ve twisted my right ankle, or done some sort of tendon damage to it, I didn’t go to the wood turning class as the Indianapolis Art Center. I already have a wonky left foot, but I’ve done my best to grin and bear it. I really want to travel, and I need to be able to walk to do so. I haven’t gained any weight, but the heat this summer has kept me indoors more than norm.
I love Thriftbooks, and I just received the Ultimate Encyclopedia of Mythology; the Handbook of Life in Ancient Greece; and a Dictionary of Angels. That all sounds very esoteric, but I have pretty wide interests.
