Interesting, he doesn't even know why he is there. Maybe he lost some memories when his stroke happened.
Good estimation. People often loose memory around traumatic events, such as car wrecks, and i've heard similar things about sudden strokes. I would imagine the worst part of it is, since it attacks the language centers of the brain, is the inability to speak clearly (without serious therapy), and loss of whole sections of one's vocabulary. The mind is still there, sharp as ever.
Thus, the proverb: "The mind is willing, but the body, unable." The funny thing is, not even Google knows who said it first.
Said by an old agent in the first Men In Black. Yep, that's who said it first. Um, Ok, obviously not.
“If the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, replace the flesh with something stronger”- (attributed) Ferrus Mannus, Primarch, Iron Hands Legion
is the scale offin that last pannel or is tactical really tiny compared to Alerc and skorn
I believe the scale is correct. Tactical 5'8", Skorn and Alaric 7' each. If it's off, I claim artistic licencse (How's that for an excuse?).
Y'know, I never did figure out what happened to Alaric's arm. At the start of book Six, he has two. At the end, he's got one and a half. Continuity, or did Wissenschaft's goons actually manage to make a bad day for Big Al?
Excellent question! Alaric lost an arm to an explosion during the battle with Wissenschaft's mercenaries.
is that part of the reason he changed from being Alaric the AX to Alaric the hammer (what is his power actually you've never said
Hi, Xero! Yes, Alaric found the hammer more effective with his new balance issues. As far as powers, he's simply super-strong, super-tough, with low-level invulnerability. The same can be said of Skorn, but she derives her power from the arcane tattoos that cover her.
