Judging by the waviness of that speech bubble, I don’t think you’re up to it, Greg.
Yeah, I think it’s pretty obvious that Greg should wait a bit since he just came out of a coma. I’d say they make those Buchanan’s tough, but obsession could also fuel his stubborn insistence.
“just came out of a coma?”
WTF? Wasn’t he, until very recently, literally (not figuratively), blown to bits and just a hair-breadth short of death down to the cellular level? I think using the word “coma” is a bit of understatement.
Just kidding around with the “faux attitude” there, but it gets the point across.
I totally dig the greying hair and cyborg parts.
Thinking of spending some ‘Christmas Cash’ on one of those smart Johnny Saturn Tees…
Thank, Jos.! Benita is the one who championed the bionic leg, and I think she was right to do so. There’s no way he would come away clean from a battle of that magnitude.
Interesting design on the bionic leg. What made you choose that over something more, say, futuristic looking (like with obviously artificial muscles or something like that?).
It looks really cool though. Too bad I suspect Greg’s going to break it on his first time out.
Well, it’s very loosely inspired by a leg that a guy recently used to take the stairs to the top in the Sears Tower. This one is simplified and more sci-fi like, but there is a bit of a resemblance.
“I’ll learn how to use this thing on the job,” he wheezes, hobbling towards the door on his canes.
I love this guy. ONE LESS LEG JUST MEANS ONE LESS LIMB THAT FEELS PAIN.
