I was under impression that she used her last reserve of divine energy for this. Can she live without that…Her one last hope could be if the spell that Eris casted would create an energy syphon towards her, afterall it probably was meant to create a backlash if she gained energy from the ritual….
She’s come undun
She thought she knew what she was headed for
But then he saw what she was trying for
And sealed her fate
She’s come undun
She found a mountain that was far too high
And when she found she could no longer fly
It was too late
It’s too late
She’s gone too far
She’s lost the sun
She’s come undun
She found her love but got it with lies
Came the time to realize
And it was too late
She’s come undun
She bet her heart because she wanted more
Upon a man who couldn’t bear the score
And it was too late
It’s too late
She’s gone too far
She’s lost the sun
She’s come undun
Too many mountains, when she wanted stars to climb
Too many puppets and not enough strings
Too great a vision and not a single eye to see
Too many lives to take and not enough time
It’s too late
She’s gone too far
She’s lost the sun
She’s come undun
Although I now see Lyn didn’t actually knife Joe — or at least I don’t think she did. That’s the one problem with that costume of his: it’s sometimes difficult (for me, anyway) to make out what black is DR and what black is background, shadows, and so on.
Next time, how about Peppermint Requiem? Magenta Requiem? Electric Blue Requiem? Chartreuse Requiem?
Just an FYI…
every week I recommend a new webcomic on my blog.
This week i recommended Johnny Saturn.
If you’re interested, check out what I have to say at http://theseizurecomic.com.
Thanks!
The end…..and I don’t think Joe and Brian are going to reconcile their differences anytime soon.
Well, you are right in that the end is not far off, now.

(With apologies and nods to Randy Bachman)
Wow… She’s immortalized (sort of) in song… that’s funny! I hadn’t thought about the original song in years, and it came right back to me.
