I like the idea of the gray area on him being an armor user or cyborg since he can not really move with out. Leaves to question if you can really even kill him any more because if I could scan teammates I would have defiantly scanned myself. I want to see him attack the deth blimp.

Also I would steal Utopian’s boyfriend as payback and mutated the crap out pc him were I a Tactical. Sure death is bad but death by inches is much worse.
