I never understood heroesvillains who just leave those strands of fused flesh on their face. I mean, sure, it makes them look more badass but that would hurt whenever you opened your mouth too wide.
Lacerator hated Max anyway. In fact, with Tactical's admission, that makes three people who hate/hated Maniac Max. Oh, and I don't think Greg cared much for him, either.

You know, I never thought about that. Obviously, leaving your face all scarred up and strands of fused flesh is an interesting approach.
