    Wait, what? I thought it was John Underhall that had allies amongst the mole people.

    Johnny Saturn II does as well?

      My hypothesis to this point:
      Following this guy’s story you see parallels to Johnny Underhall in their cop careers. This guy may have a different approach than his inspiration, but surely his behavior as a man who believed in protecting and serving the public would have made allies with the mole people along the way. It’s already been established he was one to garner favors, so why not this?
